I ran out of product before my next auto ship order arrived
Most of our customers place a one-time order with us to try out a new product before they create an Auto Ship Subscription. However, some customers start out with a subscription to take advantage of the discounted price. If you started out with a subscription, your auto ship renewal date is set to exactly 1 month after your first order. Depending on how weekends and holidays fall, and depending on the delivery speed of your first few packages, this can cause your renewal order to arrive a few days after you run out of product, which of course is not ideal.
Adjusting your Delivery Date
For customers who start out with a subscription, you can renew your subscription early by using your Account Dashboard. This will limit the risk of running out of product too early. However, you may decide to permanently change your renewal date by contacting Customer Service. We will have happy to permanently adjust your renewal dates so that your future renewals happen at an earlier time.
